Working with Loaded for Bear, the agency of record for Crosstown Concourse, we saw the opportunity to research and ascertain who was using the building as “their office”. Not the folks who worked in the building everyday per se, but the folks who worked in the coffee shops and nooks and crannies of this new redevelopment. As a hub of activity, here’s what was discovered. Fun fact, I tend to work in the building quite often myself.
